The firm covers all areas of accounting. Also active in her church, and on their board. Involved in many other non- profits in the Burbank area.
Silva Mirzoian-Marchi
Founder/Author/Producer
A self-made entrepreneur and visionary storyteller, Silva is the author of Jump-Start Your Life: Waking Up from the Sleep-Walking Mode, and the creator and producer of its companion television show, which aired on LA cable. She hosted her own talk show on KRLA 870AM, and brought her unique voice to younger audiences through the creation of Silva the Genie, an inspirational cartoon character featured in comic books, animated series, and even as a talking doll.

Raja Marhaba’s journey in special education may be compared to David and Goliath as she fought the second largest school district in the nation to obtain badly needed services and placements for both her sons. The district took a middle-class mom to 9th Circuit Federal Court in an effort to intimidate and drain all financial resources so that she would give up. Yet, Raja Marhaba, stood tall exhausting all resources available to her and sacrificing her marriage, lifestyle and business in order to provide both her sons the Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE).

Jonathan A. Marhaba is a dedicated advocate for underserved communities, drawing from his personal journey overcoming severe dyslexia and his commitment to creating meaningful impact. With over 10 years of experience managing multimillion-dollar construction projects and a background in real estate and the performing arts, he brings a unique blend of strategic, creative, and compassionate insight to the Passions and Dreams Foundation. Jonathan is especially passionate about initiatives that support children and animals, and he plays a key role in the foundation’s mission—including its use of short films to raise funds and awareness for nonprofits making a difference.
